These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hd77 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the hd77 platform at hd77.lat. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and the Player. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the hd77 platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context expressly requires otherwise.
- "Platform" — Refers to the hd77 online gaming service accessible at hd77.lat, including all associated games, betting markets, promotions, and account functionality.
- "Player" — Any individual who has registered an account on hd77 and is using the Platform for gaming, betting, or any related activity.
- "Account Balance" — The total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's hd77 account at any given time, denominated in BDT and excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
- "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by hd77 under specific promotional terms. Bonus Funds are separate from real-money balances and subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
- "Restricted Territory" — Any country, jurisdiction, or region from which access to and use of the hd77 Platform is prohibited under these Terms or applicable law, as updated from time to time.
Section 1
Player Eligibility
To register and maintain an active account on hd77, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. hd77 reserves the right to verify compliance with these conditions at its sole discretion and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
- The Player must be at least 21 years of age. hd77 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification as part of the registration and ongoing account review process.
- The Player must be a natural person acting on their own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts on hd77.
- The Player must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of hd77 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
- The Player must register using their own genuine personal information. The provision of false, misleading, or third-party information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- The Player must not be a current employee, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee or agent of hd77 or any of its associated companies.
Section 2
Account Registration and Verification
Players must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith before using any real-money features of the hd77 platform. Registration requires the provision of a valid phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. hd77 uses one-way password hashing and 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account credentials during transmission and at rest.
hd77 may at any time require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting documentary evidence of their identity, age, address, and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by hd77 may result in account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent closure of the account. KYC documentation is handled in strict confidence and processed in accordance with the hd77 Privacy Policy.
Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on hd77. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. A Player may not allow any third party to access or use their account. Where hd77 detects or reasonably suspects that a Player holds multiple accounts, hd77 reserves the right to merge such accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, void any winnings derived from duplicate account activity, and permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes. hd77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on all accounts. Players must notify hd77 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation. hd77 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain secure account credentials.
A Player may request to close their hd77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no suspicious activity flags are associated with the account. hd77 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including where a Player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where account activity presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Section 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
hd77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively. All transactions are processed through the Platform's integrated payment partners: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for mobile wallet transactions, and Visa and Mastercard for card-based transactions where available. hd77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own charges. The Platform processes withdrawal requests as rapidly as possible, with most BDT mobile wallet withdrawals completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to transaction limits that may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Player's account cashier section. hd77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and confirmation of source of funds, in accordance with the Platform's anti-money laundering obligations.
The minimum deposit amount on hd77 is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Players must maintain a minimum account balance of ৳0 after withdrawal (i.e., full balance withdrawal is permitted, subject to KYC compliance). These limits apply uniformly across all supported payment methods unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.
Withdrawal requests are processed by hd77's payments team within the timescales published in the cashier section of the Platform. hd77 will process all approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is agreed in writing by hd77 support. In the event that a Player's registered payment method is unavailable at the time of withdrawal, hd77 will contact the Player via their registered email address to arrange an alternative. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional verification is required under the Platform's KYC or AML procedures.
hd77 is not liable for transaction failures, delays, or reversals caused by the Player's payment provider, including network outages, transaction limits imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa or Mastercard, or technical errors outside hd77's direct control. In the event of a failed deposit, hd77 will investigate and, where the funds have been debited from the Player's payment account but not credited to their hd77 account balance, will endeavour to resolve the discrepancy within 3 business days of the Player raising a support ticket at [email protected].
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
hd77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms of an individual offer and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Winnings generated from bonus funds prior to completion of the wagering requirement are also classified as bonus funds and are subject to the same restrictions. hd77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has sought to abuse any promotional offer.
New Players who register a verified account on hd77 and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as detailed on the Platform's promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 20x the combined bonus and deposit amount, unless a lower requirement is expressly stated in the applicable promotional terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per payment method.
hd77 may from time to time offer reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL and T20 World Cup tournaments. The terms of each such promotion, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period, will be communicated at the time the promotion is launched. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified by hd77 at any time without prior notice.
hd77 actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using automated betting scripts; and systematically exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, hd77 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close the relevant account permanently.
Section 5
Responsible Gaming Obligations
hd77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. These tools include self-imposed deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. hd77 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. A Player who self-excludes will have their account suspended for the period they specify (minimum 24 hours; permanent self-exclusion is also available). During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive promotional communications from hd77 and will not be able to access their account or make deposits. Any real-money balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be retained and made available for withdrawal upon expiry of the exclusion period, subject to KYC completion.
Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hd77. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the ongoing use of the Platform, including the submission of forged KYC documents.
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional activity on hd77.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties, including through the sharing of account access, coordinating bets, or manipulating the outcome of any game, match, or betting event.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits, or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including the processing of funds derived from illegal sources through the Platform's payment systems.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game systems. Any winnings generated as a result of an exploited technical error will be voided.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive conduct toward hd77 staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the hd77 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name hd77, the Platform's domain, its logo, all software, game content, design elements, text, graphics, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of hd77 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title or interest in any of the foregoing intellectual property. Players may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or commercially exploit any part of the hd77 Platform without the express prior written consent of hd77.
The use of hd77's intellectual property in any marketing, affiliate, or promotional context requires a separate written agreement with hd77. Unauthorised use of hd77's brand assets, including its name, logo, and domain, may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. hd77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.
hd77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis, and accepts no liability for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures outside hd77's reasonable control. Where hd77 becomes aware of a technical error that has affected game outcomes, hd77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players.
Section 9
Amendments to These Terms
hd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hd77 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those revised Terms.
Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their account by contacting [email protected] prior to the effective date of the amendments. Closure under these circumstances will be treated as a voluntary account closure and any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
Section 10
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hd77 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to hd77's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. hd77 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
Where informal resolution is not possible, the parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights pending arbitration.
